Light rain won’t stop us, but if weather conditions are unsafe or may damage your pumpkins, we’ll reschedule your installation and notify you in advance.

Absolutely. Your package includes optional removal at no extra charge, but you're welcome to keep any or all of your pumpkins if you’d prefer.

Due to the custom nature of our services and limited availability, all sales are final. However, if you need to reschedule, contact us at least 7 days in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

Yes. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your date and your pumpkins. Because each installation is seasonal and made to order, bookings are non-refundable.

We handle the entire process for you. After the season ends, we collect and responsibly dispose of your pumpkins, ensuring your porch is left clean and refreshed without any extra effort on your part.

With the cool fall weather, most pumpkins remain in beautiful condition for 6–8 weeks. We source high-quality pumpkins and arrange them for both beauty and longevity, so you can enjoy your display throughout the season. To extend their freshness, we recommend keeping your pumpkins in shaded areas whenever possible and protecting them from direct sun, heavy rain, or constant exposure to the elements.
